Noël B. Natoli, MD, FACS

Dr. Noël Natoli has been with the Long Island Plastic Surgical Group since 2011.  She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgeons since 2012.  Dr. Natoli received her undergraduate degree at the College of William & Mary and went on to obtain her Doctorate of Medicine from Upstate Medical University at Syracuse, New York.  She then completed a combined residency program in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Penn State, Hershey Medical Center, where she served as a Chief Resident.  She then completed a Microsurgical Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Philadelphia at University of Pennsylvania.  Her fellowship also included collaborative training at both Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital at Linkou in Taiwan, for specialized microsurgical techniques. While at the University of Pennsylvania, she focused on autologous breast reconstruction and was a surgical team member for the planning, development, and training of the Hand Transplant Program at Penn.

A leader in the field of plastic surgery and microsurgery, Dr. Natoli has written and contributed to numerous peer-reviewed journal articles, and presented nationally and internationally, and is an active contributing member in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery and the Association of Women Surgeons as well as on the Board of the local chapter for the American College of Surgeons.  Dr. Natoli was honored for her volunteer work in Haiti with Operation Smile after the 2010 earthquake by Penn State Department of Surgery.  She has been recognized locally with awards by 40 Under 40 of Long Island and Stars Under 40 of Long Island and nationally by Castle Connolly Top Doctors for multiple years.

Dr. Natoli specializes in general Plastic and Reconstructive surgery with a focus in autologous (natural) breast reconstruction using various microsurgical techniques as well secondary reconstructions with a special interest in fat grafting and other techniques.  A significant portion of her practice is also devoted to cosmetic breast surgery and female rejuvenation including labiaplasty.  Dr. Natoli also performs gender confirmation surgery including facial surgery, masculinizing top surgery, and feminizing breast augmentation.
